About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Business Planning Specialist.

You'll join the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team here at Devonport. The aim of IBP is to improve organisational alignment and financial performance by linking strategic planning and operational planning. This includes planning the demand for and allocation of all people, facilities and high probability opportunities in the pipeline.

The primary purpose of the role is to support in the development and maintenance of the Devonport Integrated Asset Plan and provide demand monitoring and analysis, ensuring capture of all underlying assumptions, change control records and reporting to support corporate decision making.

What do I need to do the role?

You'll need educated to a HNC level (or recognised equivalent), Professional Planning or Business Management Qualification preferred and able to demonstrate the Leadership Behaviour Competencies at Level 3.

Would like you to hold experience in all or some of the following:

• Experience within a planning/programme management environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of Programs (Especially MS Excel).
• Competent in the use of Primavera P6 preferred.
• Highly numerate and analytical.
