Customer Service Advisor - temp to perm - £8.75ph

Our client based in Peterborough are looking for Customer Service Advisors to add to their Contact Centre for a temp to perm role taking inbound customer queries.

This role is temporary for permanent after a period of 6 weeks - following successful completion of training.

The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

* Confident telephone manner.

* Adaptable and resourceful

*Competent written/ verbal communication skills

The role:

The successful candidates will be taking inbound calls from Customers and dealing with sensitive information. You will need to available to start at short notice.
