Mobile Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Belfast

This position is a temporary contract to begin with, with a permanent job on offer post-Covid restrictions.

£28,316 yearly salary - with available overtime.

(DOE & qualifications (company van/tools included)).

Basic Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm

This is a multi-skilled position and you will be expected to work on multiple FM systems with the majority of the work being Electrical or Gas. (fault finding, servicing & general maintenance).

  • Fault finding and repairs of electrical equipment (FM).
  • Manage the delivery of corrective and planned maintenance to meet the performance measures.
  • Previous experience/ability in plumbing/drainage is essential i.e. toilet work, pipework replacement etc.

Successful applicants MUST hold 18th Edition, BS7671 Testing and Inspection & IPAF and MEWP trained and qualified.
