Part Time Flexible opportunities to work for Manpower within a fast-moving Financial Crime team at one of Britain's biggest banks, you will use your customer service skills to the full and enjoy genuine impact on the safety and satisfaction of their clients. You will enjoy plenty of variety as you manage incoming calls relating to retail and online payment disputes - building real rapport and reaching the right resolution. To succeed, you'll need to ask relevant questions, fully understand customer's concerns and involve specialist colleagues when needed.
It's an exciting customer service challenge, for which you'll receive some of the best training around, including an induction programme lasting five to six weeks which is office based, plus extensive ongoing support. Once training is completed you will have the option to work from home.
