- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems to manage customer accounts
- Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleague
- Process of digitised correspondence and indexing to customer accounts
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contact
- Complaint logging in Customer Relationship Management systems
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Attention to detail
