Job Details

Our client, is a public distance Learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Campaign Executive to join their Marketing team. This role is an immediate start until 31st July 2021, working 37hrs a week, this is working from home and equipment will be supplied. The hourly rate dependent on experience is between £17.57ph - £20.35ph.
The CRM Campaign Executive is responsible for supporting in the development, execution, and continuous refinement of UK and International multi-channel CRM strategies. You'll be supporting in the execution of powerful and motivating communication programmes, all with a focus on customer need and marketing effectiveness against a backdrop of achieving key KPI's and cost-efficiency.
Duties:
- The CRM Campaign Executive will provide support to the Campaign Manager in the day to day delivery of the CRM campaigns. This will include the setting up of all campaign tracking, briefing Agencies and the development of campaign assets.
- The CRM Campaign Executive will be responsible for ensuring the robust financial processes are in place, adhered to and improved where required as well as providing support to the Campaign Managers for financial administration tasks such as raising and amending cost estimates and purchase orders.
Skills and Experience
- Commercially focused marketing practitioner with a track record of supporting in the delivery of successful CRM communications at scale based on consumer and data insight.
Possess analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills. As well as demonstrating knowledge of CRM marketing and marketing automation.
- The Campaign Executive works closely with various departments within the University in an effort to support in the development and launch of appropriate multi- channel marketing initiatives, so excellent communication skills are required.
