Your role

As the MINI transaction manager, you will be someone who quickly and easily builds rapport with customers and is able to ensure accurate information is given when negotiating a vehicle sale. You will work closely with the sales executives to turn leads into sales and supporting them to maximise the opportunities to sell the finance and insurance products. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing the most appropriate packages to suit customer needs and ensuring the MINI department is fully compliant with FCA guidelines. You will directly sell financing to customers and deputise in the absence of the sales manager.

Your profile

You'll bring us proven sales or transaction management experience within the automotive industry, with strong business acumen, negotiation sales and closing skills. With a passion for customer services, you will be process orientated, professional and well-presented whilst demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Excellent IT and administrative skills are essential as well as strong diary management. A full driving licence is a must.
