You will build effective trusted relationships with our customers on every call you take, and by listening carefully and asking the right questions, you'll identify and promote the best possible outcome.

You will ideally have some previous Customer Service experience; however, it is more important that you can demonstrate previous experience of engaging with people confidently. Excellent IT/Technology skills are essential, as well as an innovative mind set with a proactive approach to problem solving. Our client offers a fantastic training programme that runs between 7/8 weeks with ongoing support and coaching.

You'll be required to work 5 days of 7hr shifts, between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Friday & between 8am & 5pm on Saturdays. You will need to be happy to commit to working on a Saturday every week, the client does ask for flexibility; total hours are 35 hours a week.

Due to the current pandemic this role will require for you to work from home for the foreseeable after training, therefore it is imperative you have a comfortable and quiet area within your household to allow you to work effectively.

We offer a fantastic starting salary, 33 days holiday pro-rata, pension, discounts on a variety of family days out, on-site Gym & Restaurant and the opportunity to access lots of free online courses.
