Outbound Sales Advisor
Manpower are excited to be working on a project with a nationally recognised client who are looking for multiple Outbound Sales Advisor's for their new site to be set up in Warrington.
This position is predominately focused on outbound sales enquiries,
Responsibilities include: -
- To ensure customer service and customer expectations are exceeded for both internal and external customers and demonstrate professional resolution of customer related problems or service issues
- To actively through outbound dialling retain, win back & account manage your designated portfolio
- Manage all customers within an agreed sales area
- Identify sales opportunities and secure the business, working with closely with Area Sales Executives where applicable
- Ensure sales targets are met in accordance with Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve growth against budget
- Retain existing active customer base within agreed percentage
- Redevelop dormant accounts to agreed percentage
- Complete and update CRM system with accurate and relevant data
- Ensure customer service and customer expectations are exceeded
- Deal with all customer queries quickly, efficiently and cost effectively
- Conduct outbound calls in a professional manner to achieve individual campaign targets
Salary Package
Monday to Friday 0800-1730
Competitive basic salary between £21,000 & £23,000 DOE
30% bonus potential (Quarterly) Realistic £27,500 OTE
25 days holiday +Bank Holidays

Suitable Candidates will have
- Experience of outbound business to business account management or telesales or telemarketing preferred
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Must be able to demonstrate highly effective negotiation skills
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to keep calm under pressure and build a rapport
