An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Development & Office Administrator to join our client, a leading global FMCG company, to be based at their prestigious facility in Kingston Upon Thames, KT2 7PD (currently working from home). This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 8-9 months, working a 37.5 hour week, to start ASAP. This role is paying up to £35K pro rata per annum, depending on experience.

Four Acres is the historic home of leadership development and purpose for Our client. In 2021 we will be developing activities that will welcome leaders and purpose activists from outside for the first time. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly motivated team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business manager with developing new lines of business. The role will be varied with activities ranging from research and analysis of trends, through exploring and reporting on possible opportunities to developing the network of prospects, clients and organising events and activities on site.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and attributes:

  • Curiosity and composure to ask questions and explore opportunities.
  • Social media marketing and utilisation to successfully position our new activities and messaging.
  • Great social skills and an interest in developing relationships.
  • Comfortable with business software like Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to communicate through a variety of media including PowerPoint, teams and zoom and to a variety of audiences from administrators to chief learning officers.
  • Attention to detail and a completer-finisher.
  • Experience as an administrative or executive assistant would be valuable.
  • Experience in a learning and or hospitality environment would be useful.
  • A demonstrative ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • The ability to work on initiative.

For much of 2021 because of Covid restrictions and site refurbishment activity this role will be based out of home but will involve travel to but not limited to our offices in Kingston and Leatherhead.
