As an Analyst, you will take ownership of the end to end process of progressing Change Requests and other sales pursuits within our Front End function, identified and assigned during a mandatory daily triage call.
You will be required to create a Confluence page detailing aspects and requirements of the Change Request, such as risks, assumptions, man-days and tasks involved, liaising with the technical team to obtain this detail.
You will also be required to populate supporting Excel spreadsheets to underpin the sales activities and pricing, ensuring a thorough audit trail of the impact for each artefact.
Furthermore, the role will entail the setting up of meetings and liaison to obtain internal approvals for the impacts.
The role may also involve assisting with customer queries and correspondence on behalf of the development team. This will involve liaising with the development team in order to provide the customer with information in a timely manner and vice versa.
