Gather a broad range of data insights from the team.
Managing day-to-day performance and tasks of the team.
Set performance management meetings and devise action plans.
Weekly operational reporting.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders on client relations.
Identify further commercial opportunities for the wider business through regular client interaction.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement cost saving solutions.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.Experience in a research role, preferably in a financial, market research or management consulting firm (mandatory)Experience/Knowledge of creation of pitch decks for cloud services across multiple industry verticals is highly desirableA minimum of 2+ years' experience leading teams, managing a team of 10 - 15 direct reports.Demonstrated capability in driving performance improvement and managing people.
