Hire Controller

We are recruiting a Hire Controller to join a leading plant & tool hire company based in Belfast.

As a Hire Controller you will play a key role in the customer service and sales function of the hire desk, helping customers on a daily basis and coordinating the hire process from initial order through to delivery and return.

We are looking for a customer focused individual who can deliver excellent service throughout the hire process. Some experience within the hire industry or a similar role would be beneficial.

You will be based in the hire depot and act as the front line for sales and customer service. Your role will involve keeping track of the hire process for various items and machinery, working with other departments such as drivers and engineers to ensure each customer is provided with great service. Communicating with customers and building relationships will be a key part of your role.

What we are looking for

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience within hire industry or similar role
• Can work in a fast paced environment
• IT proficient
• Full driving license
