Our client, is a public distance Learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.

They are looking to recruit two experienced Business Change Analysts to join their Business Development Office. The roles are to start immediately until 31st July 2021, working 37hrs a week, this is working from home and equipment will be supplied. The hourly rate is £17.57ph.

The Business Change Analyst will work closely with programme to drive real and rapid improvements in how projects are defined, how change is delivered and how benefits are realised. They have a key role in building business change capability of the organisation, through hands-on support and advice to project teams and sponsors.



Duties:

      • Working with the programme team to ensure the key outputs of the projects are delivered on time.
      • Identifying, prioritising and defining business requirements and reporting them back to the project team and stakeholders to gain feedback and approval of the requirements.
      • Articulate improvement ideas and requirements and balance them against what's technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.
      • Creating new models to support business decisions by creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business

    Skills and Experience

      • Evidence of process modelling - design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of the systems and business processes changes
      • Ability to manage relationships with various audiences and be able to work flexibly across grade and departmental boundaries.
      • Ability to interpret large amounts of information and provide critical summary to stakeholders.
      • Variance analysis - Ability to quickly research and understand existing processes to align changes to minimise duplication of effort and resource.
      • Experience of delivering and facilitating workshops and focus groups.
