Your Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day customer-facing operations of the Service department. You will also be responsible for carrying out review meetings, whilst reporting and improving on department performance.
Your Profile
You will bring us a wealth of proven experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry, underpinned by a proven track record of high achievement within the aftersales/service arena. As Service Manager, you will be motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the service department.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required for this role as well as strong proven IT literacy and Drive system knowledge.
