Manpower are recruiting for an Key Accounts Manager/Sales Manager to work our client based in Sawston.

This role is well suited for someone who is experienced and comfortable in selling in a media context.

What We Need From You...

• Great listening and questioning ability to understand the client's objective
• Strong organisational skills
• Confident in selling over the phone and face-to-face
• Previous experience media sales
• A driving licence and your own vehicle
• Real drive and passion to do well
• Good leadership skills and experience
• Proven B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of winning new business

What You Get In Return...

• Salary of £30,000-£40,000 (dependant on experience)
• Realistic OTE of £10,000 (this is uncapped though)
