Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for a French Speaking Personal Assistant (PA) to provide secretarial and administrative support to non-executive employees and groups in the organisation.
The role will be based primarily at our client's Aztec West (Bristol) office, with also the possibility to work from home some of the time. There may also be the need to travel to the Bridgwater area on occasion, but not on a regular/weekly basis.
Please note this role is a temporary position through Manpower to cover maternity leave.
*Uses business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and minutes.
*Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email.
*Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries.
*Arranges business travel and coordinates meeting arrangements.
*Tracks business expenses.
Skills and experience required:
*Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal communication).
*Ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
*Experience in a similar administrative/PA capacity.
