We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our client who are a market leader in roofing services with over 40 years experience in the Industry.
Your role will be to ensure your clients are delighted with our service through absolute focus on client relationships, outstanding service, health & safety, leading to the cross selling of our services and growth of our portfolio of roofing services. You are the first and main point of contact as well as the gatekeeper, eyes and ears of your clients within our business. Your role is also to support our Operation teams in delivering quality on site services and providing the right solution. Your aim is to be to create growth through recommending extra works and ensuring our clients expectations have been fully met within agreed service level agreements.
You will maintain accurate customer information for each client within your portfolio that includes individual store details and pictures, previous works, key contacts within the account and understanding of health and safety requirements for each store (e.g. MEWP size, roof height & restrictions).
Requirements of the role:
Ability to business develop and grow accounts within a portfolio.
Achieve all KPI's set by the client:
quoting of jobs & Services within a given time frame
Invoicing within 5 days
visits met on time
reporting to line managers
Ability to multitask
knowledge of the roofing industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
The role will be a 8-9 week temporary contract with the opportunity for a permananent contract given to the right candidate.
