Regional Trainer - Hospitality
Location: Covering Yeovil - Bristol - Gloucester - Dorset
About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Hospitality Regional Trainer to join our Workplace Skills and Guidance business stream.
You will be required to deliver hospitality training to your caseload of learners across the region, which will encompass a mixture of remote training and onsite training (i.e. restaurants and hotels).
The region you will cover is primarily in the South West and will involve travel to Gloucester, Bristol, Yeovil, Dorset and the close surrounding areas.
You will need to effectively manage your own diary to ensure all learners within your caseload are fully supported to meet company and contractual requirements.
There will be a requirement at times to recruit new learners inside the current business.
What do I need to do the role?
It is essential to have front of house experience, as well as back of house Chef experience (minimum of Commis chef level)
As travel is involved in this role, it is essential that you hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
What else do I need to know?
* The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate clearance level for this role.
* The only time you will be required to go to an office is for meetings or training days. When restrictions lift, the role is a mixture of face to face and remote training appointments.
Your travel across the region will be expensed.
