Manpower are recruiting for 5 Telesales Executives to work our client based in Chelmsford.
This role is well suited for someone who is experienced and comfortable in selling in a fast paced, vibrant environment.
The role involves selling over the phone and via email through both warm and cold leads but will primarily will be cold so confidence and resilience is key.
Hours are 08:45 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday, Early leave (17:30) on a Friday.
What We Need From You...
- Great listening and questioning ability to understand the client's objective
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident in selling over the phone
- Previous experience in Telesales
- Real drive and passion to do well and learn
- To be vibrant and add value to the team
- Be trustworthy and work well both individually and as part of a team

- Salary of £16,000-£24,000 (dependant on experience)
