Manpower are excited to be working with a fantastic client based in Bromsgrove who are looking for an Administrator to join them on an initial 12 Month Fixed Contract covering maternity leave which may become permanent if the work is available.
Up to £21,000 per annum depending on experience
Monday to Friday 8AM - 4:30PM
- Raising work orders for engineers
- Managing general inbox
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Updating Customer Portal
- Updating Trackers
- Tracking & organising monthly works
- Organisation skills
- Administration experience
- Excel skills - No need for advanced but know formulas etc
- Good general admin
- Calm under pressure
- Good communication skills across all levels - will be engaging with our client(s)
