Are you a Machine Foreman who has a passion for leading, with a strong technical aptitude and the ability to run, fault find and maintain various machinery within a heavy industry FMCG Engineering/Manufacturing environment?

Are you tired of the Monday - Friday working week? Do you want to switch it up a little? How about having 4 days in the week off? That's right, there is an opportunity to work a permanent weekend shift (2 x 12 hours Sat and Sun) + 1 x 8hr shift in the week. You'd only work 32 hours a week and be paid for 40! Sounds good right?

Or are you a Night Owl and when others are Zzzz's, are you working hard to ensure maximum output, efficiency and machines are running at all times?

We have some fantastic opportunities for a Machine Foreman to join our client, a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation commutable from the Wakefield, Leeds, Huddersfield and surrounding areas, who offer specialist products from their portfolio to global customers.

Due to the consistent increase in workload, the opening of new divisions and continued investment in new lines, machinery and new product offerings to the market the business now requires numerous Machine Foreman to support the Eng, Ops and Production Managers on site, across the product/process lines with a team of 4 per line to support. You must have experience is running both manual, semi-automated and automated machinery. You will have worked in a variety of machinery processes, will be both technically astute and confident using tools to maintain machinery. You must also be an effective 'go to person' for support for the team on the line.

Ideally, you'll have demonstrable experience as detailed above or will be apprentice trained within Machinery and Mechanical and must have come from an Engineering/Manufacturing FMCG background and have experience across a broad product range.
