Job Details
Global Procurement Excellence Manager
Reporting to the Director of Global Procurement Excellence.
Experience:
Experience in change management, conflicts management and desirable experience in cultural and digital transformation within Procurement.
Mission:
Define and maintain Procurement Policies and Procedures for all Grifols' Holding:
- Knowledge of all procurement processes for the entire company
- Propose harmonized processes with the best efficiency in the procurement function
- Propose clear roles and responsibilities for each procurement process
Implementation and adherence of the procurement Policy:
- Training to all buyers of the company and stakeholders in the new procurement policy
- Training to all buyers and stakeholders in the informatic systems integrated in the procurement processes
- Influence and support the main stakeholders in order to accomplish the Procurement policy
Follow-up of Procurement Teams Integration:
- Ensure that all new buyers have the right information to perform their job correctly
- Ensure that all the team of Global procurement have the right tools and accesses to perform their work correctly
- Communicate and support to the stakeholders of the timings of the integrations
Data analysis to propose quick wins for the company:
- Identify inefficiencies or no compliant processes
- Propose solution to the incidences and prioritize them together with IT
Coordinate the Suppliers' Contingency Plan
Participation in the communication system within the teams of Global Procurement
Propose Processes and Polices aligned with the Global Procurement Value Proposition
Collaborate and influence the cultural change of Global Procurement in Grifols
- Understand with detail the different ways of working
- Influence to have a transversal and autonomous way of working to the different teams
Participation in the definition and implementation of the Global procurement KPIs
Lead transversal teams with initiatives aligned with the Value Proposition
Capabilities:

Capacity to manage conflicts and arrive to agreements
Languages:
Spanish: Advanced level
English: Advanced level
Education:
Specific education in Procurement (like MIP or MAI)
