Digital Support Representative (Fixed-term Contract)

Manpower are looking to recruit a number of Digital Support Representatives on a fixed-term contract until the end of July. The roles will be remote working for the foreseeable, then based at our Client's site in Erskine.

The successful applicants will manage digital marketing leads from inbound lead queues and ensure timely sales stage updates, therefore knowledge of Sales Force and relevant experience of managing deals through the Sales Stage Cycle would be advantageous.

You will also be responsible for the initial screening of Digital leads prior to re-assigning to relevant Inside Sales Representatives as well as managing leads for unattended accounts via Channel partners.

The ideal candidates will have previous sales experience, ideally within an IT environment. You will have the confidence to conduct customer calls with a relaxed, confident telephone manner. With an outgoing personality and personal confidence and motivation, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential.

Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a salary of £18,000 - £19,000 depending on experience.
