180 Recruitment Specialist (Technology)

In the Experis team, we solely focus on IT professional's recruitment. Our priority is to build successful business relationships with local businesses and efficiently deliver the talent. We act as our client's partners, and it is in our best interest to provide them with an excellent service. Experis focuses on various IT sectors, from junior IT technical support roles to Infrastructure/Network Engineers, Software Developers, IT Project Managers. The key focus for this role will be a blend of both permanent & contract IT recruitment.
 

What are the responsibilities?

The right candidate will become a part of our Experis Delivery team of 4 technical recruiter. This role entails, but it is not limited to the following duties:
 

  • Taking responsibility for end to end recruitment for assigned roles (candidate's skills & experience evaluation, screening)
  • Performing deep sourcing strategies and establishing long lasting relationships with IT professionals
  • Working closely with clients to understand its business, identifying successful candidate profiles and personality fit for a variety of different teams
  • Ensuring all administration elements of recruitment process are performed to the highest level, meeting all SLA requirements


Who would be the best candidate?

This role would be a great fit for an IT recruitment specialist with moderately established IT sector knowledge. Flexibility and ability to deep source the technical talent and successfully manage relationships with candidates constitute this role. We are hoping to hire an experienced recruiter who displays high level of motivation, is driven and capable of working efficiently in a team.
