The Role

As Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the Recruiter and Hiring Leader with tasks and activities throughout the hiring lifecycle which include, but are not limited to, managing screening and interviewing logistics, tracking candidate progress in applicable TA technologies, initiating and monitoring pre-hire diligence, triaging and resolving issues, and creating offer and contract documentation.

Here's just some of what you'll do in this role:

  • Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates, Hiring Leaders, and Recruiters by acting as the logistics liaison
  • Ensure operational excellence, triaging key issues that arise during the recruitment process
  • Attend to the Recruitment Support inbox and escalate queries as required
  • Responsible for loading new positions onto the ATS (Taleo) and obtaining approvals
  • Utilise available TA technologies to manage logistics and scheduling for interviews
  • Schedule debrief meetings with Hiring Leader and Recruiter, distribute requisite tools and templates to support the evaluation process, and dispositions candidate post-interview
  • Ensure data integrity throughout the lifecycle
  • Responsible for contract generation for both new hires and contracts for internal employees
  • Verify and validate offer details with hiring leader to ensure accurate contract creation
  • Support with payment of third-party agencies and other invoices
