The Job Role is Metering Dispatch Support Agent
Working between the hours of .8.45 - 17.30 Monday to Friday
£11 per hour paid through Manpower weekly overtime is paid at 1.5 per hour
This role will initially be working from home (all lap top equipment is provided by SSE)
Your role will be to support the Dispatch Engineers by re booking customer appointments and ensuring the correct service orders are prepared so that the Meter Operatives have all the information they need to complete their job role. Making any changes to their schedule quickly and accurately so that disruption is minimal to the customers
You could be taking in bound calls from Appointment booking teams and customers so will need the ability to communicate effectively.
Using Microsoft Packages.
This is working in a fast- paced role so good attention to detail is important.
