As an Operations Administrator, you will have a flexible, proactive attitude to work and proven organisational skills ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Duties include:

  • Assisting in planning, organising and bookings of staff and/or facilities for events
  • Maintenance of office databases and electronic booking systems
  • Carry out research for the Operations Department
  • Acting as the main point of contact for telephone calls/enquiries
  • Meeting and greeting visitors/clients
  • Managing diaries and arranging appointments
  • Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments
  • Taking notes of meetings
  • Sorting/distributing of post
  • Typing of various documentation Inc. letters, emails, reports, presentations
  • Assisting senior management with HR and recruitment processes
  • Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers and clients
  • Supporting the Operations Managers with administrative duties

This role will be based in Watford and you will need to be able to travel into the office daily. Please be aware that local public transport is not regular, so ideally you will be able to drive into work, but this is not a requirement.

Hours of work are flexible between the hours of 9am to 6pm (ie. 10am-6pm). Applicants must be prepared to be flexible due to the demands of the business, as there will be occasions when you will be required to work late, and at weekends.
