Customer Account Executive

Manpower are recruiting on behalf of our reputable client located near Mallusk for a Customer Account Executive to work on a 12 month Maternity cover.

Our client is a leading specialist distribution and manufacturing group. They provide a diverse range of products and supply solutions into a wide variety of markets. A global company with offices in over 20 Countries including Ireland, UK, Germany, Spain, Poland, New Zealand, Canada, China and Australia.

Main Duties

• Deliver consistent exceptional customer service levels to drive and increase sales targets

Relationship Management

• Create a customer relationship build on trust and confidence
• Improve customer loyalty
• Build excellent relationships with customers

Customer Service

• Represent our client's brand by ensuring each customer receives a friendly, engaging and efficient experience
• Input customer order information accurately to the system in a timely manner
• Communicate in a calm and confident manner when dealing with potential complaints or high volume inbound and outbound calls

As the successful you should have:-

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
• Display professionalism and confidence when communicating with all stakeholders
• The ability to work under pressure while meeting set target and ensuring attention to detail
• Display passion and enthusiasm for customer service
• A team player who can also work on own initiative

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in a fast paced service or retail environment
• Call Centre experience an advantage, but not essential
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• PC literate - MS Office and Outlook
• Own transport essential - due to company location
