Class 2 Drivers

Manpower are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Milton Keynes for Class 2 Driver with an immediate start.

This role is on a temporary - permanent basis with an immediate start!

30 - 32k per annum.

Full training on IPAF will be provided.

IPAF stands for the International Powered Access Federation and is a training certificate drivers can gain in order for them to operate a variety of Powered Access equipment and there are four different types.

Responsibilities of the 7.5 and 17 tonne Driver:

• Reliably start on time
• Carry out detailed vehicle walk round checks promptly reporting defects in writing
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork

Requirements of the 7.5 and 17 tonne Driver:

• Cat C1 7.5 tonne Licence with no more than 6 endorsement points or Cat C2 17 tonne Licence with no more than 6 endorsement points
• Must be polite and courteous
• Verifiable employment and accommodation history
• You need to be able to communicate clearly with customers and the depot
• 5 Tonne Driving experience or 17 Tonne Driving experience

Other Requirements:

• Full, Clean, Valid UK driving licence
• Training provided
• Positive working attitude
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients
• Good knowledge of Working Time Directive & Driving hours
• Be well-presented and polite
