The Role
So, what will you be doing?
The Senior Programme Coordinator will support the administration of the end to end recruitment process on behalf of the clients recruiting line managers and TAPFINs Programme Team. They will also be required to support and cover for the Program Professional in times of high volume of work and/or absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with answering queries from Hiring Managers, Suppliers & Workers within 24 hours
- Support in the end to end recruitment process to include but not limited to:-
- Schedule Interviews
- Support in managing offers, Raise Work Orders, chasing approvals from managers and suppliers to ensure SLAs are adhered to
- Coordinate new starters working with Program Office, Hiring Managers and suppliers to ensure smooth on-boarding process
- Manage all contract changes via VMS
- Maintain chasers for approvals, timesheets, and invoice approvals
- Timely closure of workers following
- Manage error logs in timely manner to ensure errors do not affect recruitment or invoice run
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues
- Able to run adhoc reports as and when required
Senior Responsibilities
- Support Program Professional in the end to end recruitment process to ensure the ability to cover in high work volumes or absence
- Build relationships with managers and suppliers
- Train on another client account to provide cover where required
- Ensure process guides are kept up to date in a timely fashion
- Support in training the shared service team to allow for cover on leave or periods of high volume
About you
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Positive communicator with excellent telephone manner and the confidence to deal with sometimes challenging internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively
- Flexible attitude and adaptable to change with a helpful 'can do' approach
- Strong IT Skills including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Ability to multi-task and to thrive under pressure
Desired Experience
- Experience within an MSP Environment or Staffing/Recruitment Industry
- Experience with any of the following: Remedy, Gemini, or VMS tool 'Fieldglass' or 'Beeline'
