We're currently recruiting for a Senior Bid Manager on a permanent basis on behalf of our multinational energy client based within Merseyside on a field-based basis.

They require an experienced Bid Manager to join the Bids Team to manage the end to end process of tender applications - including writing activities and providing advice on potential technical solutions.

Duties:

• Creating and owning the tender process for each individual bid, maximising the companies bid success rate.
• Content creation for Mechanical and Electrical tenders - achieved through cross-team collaborations.
• Bid communication to ensure a rounded delivery capability for each bid across the bids, estimating, operations and sales teams.
• Meeting strict deadlines in regard to tender response - ensuring this is managed timely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of the services market (Mechanical/Electrical, HV, Street Lighting & Rail).
• Excellent knowledge of industry best practise with respect to the content required to create high quality tenders to large, sophisticated customers with multi-service requirements.
• Strong experience in both low and high bids.
• Technical experience is preferable (engineering/commercial/design).
