We expect you to offer the same stellar service to your candidates. Think about what you'd expect from a Consultant that you've opened to, confided in, and learned to trust. Think about it and then do it. Our expectation is that you don't stop until you've exhausted every avenue that there is. Awful eh?
We'll invest and push you hard to improve your skills. We'll provide you with industry recognised training and deliver it progressively, whipping you into a black belt recruiter in no time. Don't like to learn and improve yourself? Well this isn't the role for you.
