Manpower are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Daventry, Northampton for a Market Solutions Dealer Parts Support Agent to join their team.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm. Friday 8am - 3pm.
Hourly Rate: £16.50
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To Support the Dealer & Key Account Parts Support Account Specialists who are in charge of a portfolio of dealers, to whom she/he actively supports in the operation and the optimization of the spare parts procurement and logistics activity.
Dealer parts support agent is responsible for responding to customer needs through the processing from the order, to delivery, and invoicing to the dealer.
FULL JOB TITLE: UK After Market Solutions Dealer & Key Account Parts Support Service Seasonal Agent- AGRICULTURAL & CONSTRUCTION
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
In order to support the existing Dealer & Key Account Part Support team, the main responsibilities of the position include:
- Actioning back orders
- Follow-up of back orders
- Advising Parts Availability and Prices
- Responding to emails
- Actioning out-going calls
- Completing back order reports
- Investigating claims and return requests
- Submitting pricing requests
- Placing orders
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (including education & experience)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages with focus on Excel
- Languages: English (read, written, spoken)
- Additional languages is a benefit but not essential
- Knowledge of Agricultural background is beneficial but not essential
- Management of Priorities
- Knowledge of software-applications
