About the role

Babcock Learning and Development Partnership is a seeking a qualified and experienced Educational Psychologist to lead our large and friendly service in this exciting time of development and change.

We currently work in close partnership with Devon County Council to provide psychological services to all schools in Devon in addition to a healthy traded service. Devon County Council commissions a range of specialist work from us, all EPs in the service have the opportunity to be involved in specialist areas of work. The service works closely with other services within the contract and the successful candidate will play a key role in joining a dynamic and supportive Senior Leadership Team within the business.

Having successfully been outsourced through a Joint Venture Partnership the contract is returning to Devon County Council in July 2021. The Principal EP will have an opportunity to shape this transformation and be part of the wider conversations about the future of SEND Services in Devon.
