Manpower Logistics are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator for one of our clients based on Immingham Docks!

The role involves processing the company payrolls, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time, and to ensure that all appropriate deductions/payments are made in accordance with statutory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

* Complete all payrolls, using the company's computerised payroll system, including the time and attendance system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

* Process all changes and variations of payments as applicable, taking responsibility for ensuring all data required for payroll processing is in place to ensure payrolls are processed correctly and on time.

* Responsible for ensuring that all statutory payments and deductions are administered correctly, including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, P45, P46 new tax codes and pension auto enrolment

* Resolve payroll queries, identify payroll errors (if applicable) and implement corrective action promptly and in a professional manner.

* Generate correspondence for statutory leave, resignation and other ad-hoc correspondence

* Copying, scanning and archiving electronic data

* Complete/provide correct statistical data/information internally and to third parties including Government offices ensuring compliance with statutory and company regulations.

* Responsible for all reporting from payroll in line with business requirements.

* Maintain all payroll records to comply with statutory regulations and ensure that all payroll information relating to individual employees is securely stored.

* Ensure that payroll administration is compliant with internal Audit requirements and current legislation and that all members of the department are kept informed of any changes and the implications thereof.

Payroll or accounts experience would be beneficial and you need your own transport to access Immingham Docks.
