Fantastic job opportunity for a Branch Manager

Our client is looking for a Branch Manager. With a helping hand from the Assistant Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day store operations, monitoring targets, profits and losses, as well as looking after the development, engagement and motivation of store colleagues. You'll also take on an account manager role, forming close partnerships with key customers and ensuring they receive expert advice and exceptional service.

Based in our clients Cowley branch this position is Monday - Friday 7am-5pm working occasional Saturday mornings with time given in lieu in the week. Salary starts at £25,500 per annum. Depending on experience.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Offering exceptional customer service
  • Motivating and engaging with the team
  • Prioritise daily work flow based on customer and business requirements
  • Dealing with customer queries and advising them on their purchases
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of all relevant policies and procedures, being compliant always
  • Account management - ensuring customers receive expert advice and exceptional service

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of customer services and a team player
  • Management experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • Uses own initiative, resourceful, problem solving
