Manpower are recruiting an administrator on behalf of our client in the Immingham area.
The Main part of the role will be data entry, with some invoicing and purchase ledger work also involved. Full training will be given on the required processes. Other duties will include answering the telephone, general administration duties, filing, scanning. Experience of Microsoft office is essential in particular MS Excel and Outlook.
The ideal candidate will possess accurate and swift keyboard skills, be a clear and confident communicator and have a flexible working attitude.
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
The position may become permanent following a successful trial period.
We would advise a driving licence and your own transport due to the location.
