£59,400 + Benefits

Of graduate calibre, you will have experience of Marketing Communications in high performing businesses and managing multiple categories and/or brands. You are now ready to develop your career in a business that will make the most of your talents and develop your skills.

We are now recruiting a Senior Brand Manager to work within our client's Trade Professional Communications Team and take responsibility for planning, briefing, creating and executing B2B TTL brand communications.

As Senior Brand Manager you will collaborate with cross team/functional colleagues in Brand, Services and Customer Marketing teams to deliver the Annual Brand Plan.

You will ensure integrated communications campaigns are delivered on time, in full and within budget. This will involve taking responsibility for leading and managing external agency partners, to deliver the full B2B communications package, including creative idea through to production, TTL media buying, go live and analysis.

Targeted communications will need to be specific to Trade audiences that will include a complex base including; professional decorators, contractors, architects, interior designs, facilities managers and many more.

As digital communications platforms and networks become of increasing importance to these audiences you will help drive the strategy, content creation and communications (content briefs, planning, strategy implementation) delivery to maximise brand comms impact and engagement. Specific focus being on the growth of 1:1 connections found within social media, eCRM and YouTube.

Overall, you will drive the delivery of Trade activation campaigns and innovation launches too. These may range from our industry first professional training facility Dulux Academy, digital innovations like the Dulux Trade Colour Sensor or sustainable product solutions such as the Dulux Trade Airsure range.

Across all you will guarantee consistency of messaging and look and feel, plus ultimately delivering positive brand health scores by ensuring the appropriate communications to the relevant target audiences (right time and place).

Historically you will have implemented Brand planning and marketing programmes, developed and implemented brand/communications plans and managed external agencies to produce great work.

Comfortable working within a matrix organisation structure, you will possess excellent project management, analytical and interpersonal skills. Results driven, you are a champion of the consumer and are an effective communicator who excels at multi-tasking and is familiar with managing budgets.

Experience gained working within B2B marketing communications, FMCG or DIY industries would be an advantage.
