CNC Miller Operator

We are currently looking to recruit 2 CNC Millers to work for a manufacturing company based in the Woking area.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for setting/operating Mazak i-500, Mazak 530, Mazak Intergrex i-200, Muratec Twin Spindle/Turret with bar feeds.

• Basic editing of Fanuc programs
  
• Working to tight tolerances
  
• Reading Engineering Drawings
• Use of set up sheets to set tools, setting datums, clock in vices.
• 1st inspection and self checks when needed.

Working hours 07.30-4.30, with a possibility of overtime at Tx1, Early close on Friday, 12.30.

23 days annual leave raising to 25 days.

Company sick pay after 6 months. Death in service after 2 years.
