Working for Manpower on assignment at our prestigious client
Are you looking for a new and exciting, challenging opportunity?
Are you looking to work within a fast pace administration environment if so, we have the perfect role for you?
To support data remediation activity, investigation work and case assessment
ability to analyse information against a set of rules to understand if the case meets them.
Ability to work independently at Pace.
Understand when something requires escalation.
Attention to detail.
Prior experience with corporate customers or gathering KYC is advantageous but not essential
Key Skills and Requirements
Banking or Financial Services background
Strong stakeholder management
Good attention to detail
Remote working only (will be trained remotely)
Project lifecycle/RAID Management/Planning/Reporting/Budget Management/IT Change Management/Problem Management
Data & document validation/comparison
Experience of operational processes
The team is part of wider Unit made up of several varied teams involved in various products. Key responsibilities will include but necessarily be limited to:
Achieve set productivity and quality targets in line with centre objectives
Strict adherence to system standards and risk procedure
Participation in customer initiatives through contribution of views and ideas
Participation in Service Improvement activities such as Work-out to drive efficiency's
Demonstrate a strong and confident professional manner
Excellent keyboard skills and understanding Microsoft packages
A desire to deliver outstanding service
A strong teamwork ethos
An ability to be agile and flex between roles as required in fast paced environment
£14.28 per hours, Hours 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, 33 days annual leave, working from home.
