HGV1 Driver Days

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Class 1 HGV Driver to work within a family run Logistics & Transport company based in County Durham. There are both Day and Night roles available. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding company where you can grow and develop your career with excellent long-term prospects

About the roles:

Day Shift - Pallet Multi drop using pallet truck with lifting tail end. Previous experience of this is desirable along with good geographical knowledge of the North East region. Effective time management is essential to this role.

Night Shift - Trunking role using double decker trailers. Previous experience of this is desirable. Shift patterns range between 1430 - 1930 start times Monday - Friday.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement for a minimum of 12 months.

No more than 3 points active at the time of application for this role.

Have a current Driver CPC Card & UK Digital Tachograph Card

Good communication skills and excellent customer-facing skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Day Shift £27,645 + benefits & Night Shift £33,930+benefits

28 days holiday (including bank holidays) and an extensive benefits package.
