So, what will you be doing?
- Administration of paperwork
- Ensuring all compliance documentation is in place and adheres with the Clients policies
- A good understanding of legal and contractual issues
- Act as a liaison between Contractors and other internal department
- To own and manage Contractor queries through to resolution
- Develop and maintain knowledge of individual business units
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience of working within Administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and to handle complaints
- Experience of working to targets and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
