Currently recruiting for a full time receptionist based in Hartlepool.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Sage 50, Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

Required Skills

  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Entering details onto Sage50.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying etc.

08.30 to 17.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am to 16.00pm (Friday).
