Job Details
Your role
As head of sales, you will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the sales team and for driving the dealership volume and gross profit. You will also Ensure the end to end sales process standards are met and showroom standards are maintained to manufacturer standards, whilst driving enquiry conversion and F&I profitability. You will also ensure customer expectations are consistently maintained and that the customer's experience is faultless.
Your profile
With a successful track record of achieving and exceeding set targets and objectives and up to date knowledge of vehicle, consumer and trade practice legislation, you will have proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
