Handyman (Building Services)
Rates: £12.94 per hour
Hours - Monday - Friday, days (8am - 4pm)
Contract - 3 months
Location: Romford, Essex

Job role and skills for the position - Handyman
- Maintenance of the building, both planned and reactive
- Lighting
- Basic plumbing and basic electrics
- Basic mechanical maintenance (changing valves etc.)
- Fault finding and repair work
