We are looking for people who are passionate about resolving Customer cases and keen to work for one of the largest banks in the UK
Working as part of our clients Financial health support teams, you will be required to support delivery of customer case management to internal customers.
Our Client is looking for Case officer's with Management skills, you need to have good communication both verbal & written. Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel. Have the ability to pick things up quickly and can show initiative. Previous Banking experience or another profession managing a portfolio of customers would be preferable, but not essential, additionally if you know/understand regarding insolvency law or had experience in dealing with solicitors that would be great also but not essential.
The key behaviours are a great attitude, adaptable, quick to learn, shows initiative and willing. Training will be provided, this will be a mix of in the office and home working.
The core hours are Mon - Fri 9am til 5pm,
Pay rate £13.00 per hour based on 35 hrs per week. 33 days of holiday per year incl. statutory bank holidays. 12 months fixed contract with the possibility of been made permanent afterwards.
It is imperative that you pass our clients pre-employment screening which includes a credit check and 2 years referencing.
