Your role
As a Digital Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone/email/digital methods, ensuring sales opportunities are maximised at all opportunities. You will also book dealership appointments, arrange test drives, order customer vehicles, and provide finance quotes.
Your profile
Working closely with the Digital Sales Controller, you will be highly organised and self-motivated individual who will have proven experience in a target driven environment. You will be ensuring you have fully qualified the customer across a multitude of channels, predominantly through 3rd party enquiries.
