Manpower are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a student support team with the largest undergrad university within the UK for their busiest 3 months of the year. This role is a fantastic opportunity to support many people on their academic journey and really make an impact. Successful candidates will be fully remote with equipment provided.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be supporting potential and current students with a wide range of queries via telephone and email. These will relate to applications, finance & funding, progression and many more.
5th July 21 - 3rd Oct 21 | Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm | £10.46 per hour
Successful candidates will;
- Have proven customer service experience (telephony)
- Be computer literate
- Have strong written and verbal communication skill
- Have a professional and flexible approach to working
- Be a problem solver
- Have good organisation skills
