Our client, is a public distance learning and Research University, and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Resourcing Assistant to join them asap until 24th December 2021, working 37hrs a week and paying £11.99ph. This role will be working from home and IT equipment will be provided.

The role provides customer focused, recruitment and administration support as part of the Resourcing Hub.

We are looking for someone with system implementation (SAP/ Success Factors) experience to help the team with recruitment within a new system as they define their processes and the new ways of working with the new system.

This requires a lot of flexibility and great attention to detail to meet deadlines. You will also be able to retain and absorb information quickly, work on multiple pieces of work at once using prioritising skills, be proactive in using their own initiative to problem solve and learn new things to achieve team objectives and meet stakeholder needs.

You will need to:

Have previous recruitment administration experience, ideally using the SAP system
